1.Headache Relief Essential Oil Blend

I came across this blend because I suffer from severe migraines. If I can catch them early enough, I massage this oil into my temples and along the bridge of my nose while pressing firmly with my fingertips.

To make this oil; mix 2 drops of peppermint, 2 drops lavender, 1 drop eucalyptus, and 1 drop Rosemary in a small essential oil bottle with a lid. Add water to the rest of the bottle, screw the lid on, and shake well.

2.Allergy Relief Essential Oil Blend

Allergies are the worst! They can be brought on by a plethora of things such as; animals, nature, seasons changing, dust, etc. The list could go on forever, but try this oil blend the next time you feel a bit stuffy and runny and let us know how you feel! I have had the best experience with this blend in a diffuser, but it can be applied the same as the migraine relief blend as well.

To make this oil: mix 2 drops of peppermint, 2 drops of lavender, and 2 drops of lemon in a small essential oil glass bottle with a lid.  Add water to the rest of the bottle, screw the lid on, and shake well.

3. Stop Itching Essential Oil Blend

It is summer and that means Mosquitos! And if you live in places like Alaska we are talking horse fly mosquitos! We all know that it is the incessant itch of mosquito bites that make them so unbearable. Well that and the chance of getting West Nile Virus, but that is for another post another day. In order to get rid of the itching, I do not turn to over the counter ointments mostly because they smell horrible and the feeling of them staying on my skin is gross. Instead, I use this amazing essential oil blend. This oil should be rubbed directly on the area that is itching.

To make this oil: mix 10 drops of lavender and 15 drops of peppermint in a small essential oil glass bottle with a lid. Add water to the rest of the bottle, screw the lid on, and shake well.

4. Mental Clarity Essential Oil Blend

Not all of our everyday problems are physical, some sit within our minds. This can come as the stress from a long day at work or the stress of having to study from a big test. I have found that the use of essential oils in diffusers has helped me so much with calming my mind. I find this particular mix to work well when I have something big I need to focus on or make a decision about.

Sometimes, and I would like to emphasize the word sometimes, coffee is not enough in the morning to help us actually shine.
